Terms and Conditions for The Sound Silo Music Production Space

    1 Booking and Payment:

​

1.1 The Sound Silo operates on a booking basis only. All bookings must be made in advance with a 50% deposit made at the time of booking, then full payment before entering The Sound Silo.

​

1.2 Payment for bookings can be made via bank transfer & cash.

​

1.3 Bookings are non-transferable

​

    2 Cancellation and Rescheduling:

​

2.1 If you need to cancel or reschedule a booking, you must provide us with at least 24 hours' notice. If you fail to do so, you will forfeit your payment.

​

2.2 If you need to cancel or reschedule due to an emergency or illness, we will make every effort to accommodate you at a later date, subject to availability.

​

    3 Use of the Space:

​

3.1 The Sound Silo is a music production & writing space only. No live performances or events are permitted. Events may be live streamed with permission from The Sound Silo

​

3.2 You are responsible for your own equipment, instruments, cables, data, hard drives, and any other items that you bring to The Sound Silo.

​

3.3 The Sound Silo is not responsible for any loss or damage to your equipment.

​

3.4 Smoking, vaping, or drug use is strictly prohibited inside The Sound Silo.

​

3.5 The Sound Silo offers parking on a first-come, first-served basis. While we make every effort to accommodate all of our guests, parking is subject to availability and cannot be guaranteed. The Sound Silo is not responsible for any loss or damage to vehicles or property while parked on the premises. By parking on the premises, you agree to release us from any liability arising from the use of the parking facilities.

3.6 You must keep noise levels within reasonable limits at all times, and you must not cause any disturbance to other users of The Sound Silo or to neighboring properties.

3.7 You are responsible for the conduct of any guests or visitors you bring with you to The Sound Silo.

​

3.8 If you or guests breaks or damages The Sound Silo's property then, you are responsible for any damages incurred. This includes any repairs or replacement costs for the damaged items or Building. By booking at The Sound Silo, you agree to assume all responsibility for you & your guests actions and any resulting damages. Any violation of this policy may result in legal action taken against you.

3.9 The Sound SIlo staff check and log all equipment before and after every session, if anything is missing, damaged or broken then you will be responsible for any repairs or replacement costs for the damaged items or Building.

    4 Liability:

​

4.1 You use The Sound Silo at your own risk. The Sound Silo is not liable for any injury, loss, or damage to you, your guests, or any of your equipment or belongings while using The Sound Silo.

​

4.2 You agree to indemnify and hold harmless The Sound Silo and its employees, agents, and affiliates from and against any and all claims, damages, losses, liabilities, costs, and expenses arising from your use of The Sound Silo.

    5 General:

​

5.1 The Sound Silo reserves the right to refuse entry or ask you to leave if you do not comply with these terms and conditions.

​

5.2 The Sound Silo reserves the right to change these terms and conditions at any time without notice.

​

5.3 These terms and conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction in which The Sound Silo is located.

By making a booking with The Sound Silo, you agree to these terms and conditions.
